CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

  1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.

Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact us at returns@alhaqthobes.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Wait for the return or exchange to be accepted. Once accepted, you will receive the returns address.
  3. Shipping the Item: Ship the item within 3 days of receiving approval; otherwise, the request will be rejected.
  4. Postage Receipt: Send a picture of the postage receipt to returns@alhaqthobes.com.
  5. Include Packing Slip: Please ensure the packing slip is included in the return package.

           Please note that shipping fee is Non-Refundable

Ramadan & Eid Exchange Policy

During the Ramadan and Eid period, due to significantly increased order volumes and limited processing capacity, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change the size or item, you may return your order in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item. This allows us to maintain efficient processing times and ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible during peak seasonal demand.
