UK Dispatch Information We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 2 working days.
Order Processing Times Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 2pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these times will be processed the next working day.
UPS Express Delivery cut off time is 3pm (UK time) Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside these times will be processed the next working day.

International Orders:
For international deliveries, any local customs charges, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned due to refusal or non-payment of customs fees, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. A refund will be issued for the returned items only.
Similarly, if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If the customer wishes for the order to be re-sent, shipping fees will need to be paid again.
